Daryl Steiner founded what would become Steiner & Granger in 1983, guided by a simple philosophy - always do what’s right for the client. His kindness, integrity, and commitment to others laid the foundation for everything our agency stands for today.
Daryl believed in people and in doing things the right way. His leadership, mentorship, and genuine care for clients shaped the way we do business and the relationships we build. When Jason joined the firm in 2003, Daryl took him under his wing, passing along not only his professional wisdom but also his deep respect for honesty, service, and community.
Though Daryl passed away in 2024, his legacy continues to live on through the work we do and the values we uphold every single day. We are honored to carry his mission forward - serving others with the same dedication and compassion that Daryl modeled so well.
